| Today we marked here the ceremonious opening of Aktis Chongqing Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd. and the Aktis Group has joined the first experimental group of Qualified Foreign Limited Partnerships in Chongqing. |

| Today's grand opening represents a very important step towards the reform of PE fund management in Chongqing. So on behalf of the Chongqing Financial Affairs Office, I would like to express my warmest congratulations. |

| We are now making efforts to make Chongqing the financial center of the apparatus Yangtze River, and in this process PE fund will play a very important role. For the Aktis Group, as introduced by the Chongqing government, will play a vitally important role in this process. |

| Actually, the Aktis Group has started its business in Chongqing since 2006, and all the projects investments amounted to 1.3 billion RMB. And they have already established a joint-venture guaranty company. |
