We are pleased to announce that the Grand Opening Ceremony of Aktis (Chongqing) Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd. (¡§Aktis Chongqing¡¨) was held successfully on 21st June 2011, at Chongqing Howard Johnson ITC Plaza Hotel.
Aktis Chongqing is one of only 7 fund management companies to have obtained Qualified Foreign Limited Partnership (¡§QFLP¡¨) status under the Chongqing pilot scheme. Aktis Chongqing provides local fund management execution ability, and is fully licensed to establish and administer QFLPs, which may be used as conduits for Aktis China West Fund¡¦s investments in China.
