| Today we gather here for the opening of the Aktis Chongqing Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd. On behalf of the government of the Chongqing municipal, I would like to express my warmest congratulations on the opening of this company. |

| Chongqing is the only municipality in central and western China and we are continuously implementing the ¡§314¡¨strategy made by General Secretary Hu Jintao to develop the most inland economy and implement the ¡§Five Chongqing¡¨ program. And in the future we have three goals; we¡¦ll make Chongqing the common centre of apparatus Yangtze River, the growth engine for western China, and the municipality to balance rural-urban development. Recent years we have enjoyed very rapid economic development, and our GDP had been doubled within five years. And during the past three years, our GDP growth rate ranked one of the top three in China. We also have scored remarkable achievements in building the most open economy. In the year 2010, we haves successfully utilized the 6.3 billion USD investments. |

| During the past three years, we ranked first in attracting foreign investments in Western China. Up to now, the financial sector has accounted for 6% of total GDP and has become one of the pillar industries in Chongqing. |

| Aktis has been one of the earliest business accomplished in PE fund management and now we have started your cooperation with Chongqing in terms of tourism development and this will be a very important propeller to the financial development of Chongqing and help Chongqing to become the most opened inland economy and accelerate the sustainable development of tourism industry in Chongqing. We hope that in the future we can make full use of your human resources, financial resources and your experience to take part in the socio-economic development here in Chongqing and help Chongqing to build itself to be the financial centre of apparatus Yangtze River. We hope that in the future with your support here, Chongqing¡¦s tourism will become bigger and stronger. I hope that the tourism bureau, financial affairs office and related government agencies of Chongqing will give more guidance and support to financial affairs development and give policy support. |
