Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing
In April 2007, Aktis Hanxi Group, working with other investors, secured a 50% interest in a five star hotel project, located in the central business district of Chongqing. Aktis Hong Kong was responsible for bringing together a local partner and Aktis Hanxi Group to establish a hotel joint venture company to meet government objectives of developing the local tourism industry. The total project size was USD 80.5 million, of which Aktis Hanxi Group contributed USD 22 million in equity capital. |

Glenview International Hotel Group Limited ("Glenview")
Glenview was established in Hong Kong, in 2011, by Aktis Hanxi Group for the purposes of managing and operating hotels in mainland China. Glenview has introduced the concept of "Total Hospitality", which consists of: hotel management services; property management, engineering and maintenance solutions; tour guide training and language development; and entertainment services, comprising restaurants, bridal services and retail. Glenviewˇs core strength lies in its ability to integrate foreign brands into the local business community.
